Great Fall Sailing on the Chesapeake!

The wind was from a westerly direction most of the weekend. Saturday was partly cloudy with shifty breezes ranging from 3 kts to 10 kts. Thinking caps, as well as watch caps, were on.

Sundays forecast was 10-15 out of the south. We ended up with a weather leg of 215 degrees and the breeze stayed relatively steady building from 10-12 in the morning to gusts over 20 and three foot seas in the afternoon.

Thanks go to Katcef Brother and Michelob for the beer for the weekend, Annapolis Performance Sailing for jackets to the furthest traveled, and Hall Spars for hats. Thanks also to Annapolis Yacht Club for their great RC work and a great dinner Saturday night.
