Lippincott Memorial Regatta

 

The Annapolis Yacht Club's traditional Lippincott Memorial Regatta served this year as a warm-up for the 2006 Western Hemisphere Championship. Thirty-six boats took part in a windy, northwesterly, series of three races in 16-20 knots with strong, higher gusts. The weather was mostly sunny, with temperatures in the 60F-70F range.
