Happy New Year 2nd District Star Class Membership Winter Meeting - February 20th
The winter meeting for the 2nd District Star Class will be held in the Laurrapin Grille, Havre de Grace, MD at 11:00am on February 20, 2010. Directions to and information about Laurrapin Grille can be found at www.laurrapin.com. If you plan to attend please e-mail Larry Parrotta at sueandlarry@airepuppy.net so we can have a head count.
A synopsis of 2009 will be presented and trophies awarded. We will also finalize the 2010 Star Regatta Schedule. A preliminary schedule can be viewed here. Ideas to improve participation for the upcoming regattas are most welcome and will be discussed at the meeting.

2010 D2 Ski Weekend - February 27th - 28th
It is time once again for our D2 Ski Weekend at Blue Mountain Ski Area in Pennsylvania. Check out their website, http://www.skibluemt.com and contact Keith Donald, kdonald@fracturetech.com, for more information and housing. I heard it was great fun last year!
