2010 Resolution Form for 2011 Rules Changes

Dear Fleet Secretaries,

Seems like we just dealt with Resolutions and now it is time once again! This happens with an early World Championship.

Attached is the Resolution submission form for your use. Please note the deadline for these to be in the Central office is Thursday, October 1st, 2009. Feel free to make copies should you need more than one.
