The resolutions for changes to the 2004 class rules have been posted.
Events coming up - the European Championship (Sept. 1-9) at Cascais preceded by the Portuguese National Open (also at Cascais), and followed by the 2003 Worlds (Sept. 11-20) in Cadiz. The 2003 North Americans are in San Francisco, October 17-21.
Regatta Reports The New England Championship was won by Doug and Bob Schofield in a fleet of 30 boats (Sailing World's article). Paulo Sevestre and Vincent Berenguier won the 42 boat Rostige Kanne - Allianz Suisse regatta, and Per Åhlby & Mattias Heiding won the 10th District Championship.
