December 2005/January 2006 Results
In Nice, France, Luca Modena and Michele Marchesini won the 49th Nice Christmas Regatta for the 6th time beating a field of 19 competitors from 7 countries.
In Italy, Perla Della Versilia fleet officers Alessandro Lanfranchi and Alessandro Cinquini won their Fleet Winter Championship.
In Chile, a new event, the Valparaiso Cup, had 9 teams competing from Argentina, Brazil and Chile with Alessandro Pascolato and Henry Boening the winners.
In the USA, the Florida season continued with Canadians Brian Cramer and Tyler Bjorn winning the Commodore's Cup (33 boats), and John Kostecki and Austin Sperry taking the Levin Memorial (52 boats). Iain Percy and Steve Mitchell then won the Biscayne Trophy (73 boats), and Xavier Rohart and Pascal Rambeau were the victors at the Miami Olympic Classes Regatta (69 boats)

In Monaco, the 2006 Primo Cup - Trophee Credit Suisse will be February 3-5 and the Yacht Club Italiano Pre-Olympic Regatta is in Genoa, Italy, March 2-5. The Viareggio fleet's Trofeo Burlamacco is Feb. 18-19.
The South American Championship will be held in Rio de Janeiro Feb. 17-23.
The Florida season continues with the Masters Regatta February 11-12, and the Royal Palm Regatta February 18-19. On March 5 - 10 is the Bacardi Cup.
