Comments: The Illinois River Star fleet regrets to inform you that this weekend’s 4th District Green Star is Cancelled. Major precipitation this June has caused the Army Corps of Engineers to closely monitor the river. This weekend they will be opening the dam to release all excess water out. When this occurs the IVY Clubs basin is virtually dry.

The Green Star is rescheduled for September 26 and 27. The Green Star will be run in conjunction with the Holt Thomas regatta.
