18 th District Championship (Argentina)

Day 1 and 2: Light and Shifty winds in the River Plate, Team IPH with Condor Mac Gowan / JP Percossi took the Championship by storm with 3 bullets in a row, Julio Labandeira and Erick Lange are following them with 14 points, Julio Experience in dificult situations always pay dividends. Alberto Zanetti with Diego Peisajovich are working hard to beat the top guys but speed is everything in the light conditions and Mac Gowan is Superior this time. The middle Fleet "The Octopus" is always Fun and challenging Della torre´s, Calegari´s, Suescun´s (lots of Family) are battleing with Warburg and Farre Experience... Day 4 and 5 Extreme weather conditions made it very risky to sail, so RC decided to keep boats on the dock for one more day. On Sunday awsome sailing conditions, wind in 20 knots from 140!!! MAC GOWAN and LABANDEIRA had to define who will take the cup Home, something similar was happening between ZANETTI and the LOGARELA Twins, who scored another bullet and took home 4th place and the Green star 2012. No broken masts, many liters of beer and pizza in the end...CONGRATULATIONS CONDOR and JUAN PABLO.
