2013 Bernina Cup - Sommer Regatta

On the first day. the Stars sailed on Lower Lake Constance off Steckborn with three races were completed in a good thermal breeze of 5-10 knots. Kurt and Markus Scheidegger lead overall ahead of Juerg Wittich/Christian Trachsel, in seond, and Roman and Philipp Juchli, in third. Fifteen teams from Switzerland and Germany are competing.

The good sailing condition stayed also on Sunday and another three races were completed on the Lower Lake Constance in a 4-5 bft breeze. To be best of the day with two race wins was not enough to take the overall victory, and Hans Stoeckli/Urs Spahr had to content themselves with the 3rd place just one point behind the tied leaders Juerg Wittich/Christian Trachsel 1st ahead of Juerg Ryffel/Alex Gouda.
