English Bay Fleet Championship

Summer just keeps going in English Bay with a perfect weekend of wind and sunny warm weather. The RVYC One Design Fleet Championships were sailed in a 12-17 knot W/SW wind on Saturday with 8 local Stars on the line. After 4 races on Saturday everyone went in with smiles that only come with a good hard day of racing. On Sunday, the wind took a little longer to fill in, but provided a 8-12knot Westerly under hot sun, allowing 3 more races for a 7 race series. Fred Dill won the regatta with Mike Wurm as crew.
