In honour of longtime English Bay Star fleet sailor, Fred Dill, the first of many commemorative regattas to follow. Fred was a natural sailor and champion and his unique charisma on the water will never be forgotten. There will always be a spot on the startline for Fred, sail on. The weekend showed 12 boats for fantastic English Bay conditions, while Sunday's races were challenging in the shifty SE breeze. Congratulations to Derek DeCouteau and crew for their win.
