| Saturday there were 10 boats signed up. Conditions were 15-18 out of the SE with flat seas. Seven boats sailed the 1st race and then eight for the next two. Sunday brought clear skies and less wind.......10-15 out of the SW with flat seas. The race committee had to struggle Sunday with 20 degree wind oscillation but all & all did a great job setting up fair courses. We lost some boats Sunday due to Mother's Day but gain some that didn't come out Saturday. Bob Flower & Bulkhead Bob won the Dr. David Oursler Memorial Trophy for the second year in a row. Dan North won the Novice Trophy and will now, I'm sure, take his boat off the market. |
