Sailed at the San Diego Yacht Club, California, USA.
We had a gorgeous weekend of sailing in San Diego. We had a small fleet, but had some heavy hitters mixing it up. After the first day of racing the top 5 boats were only separated by 3 points with Howie and Will tied for first with 8 points followed by Erik with 10 points, George and Steve at 11 points. Sunday turned out to be another great day of racing with Erik and Mike winning the first race. This set up a 1 point advantage over Howie and Rick going into the final race. Will and George lead from the start followed by Erik. All three boats held there position to finish off the race. Great racing!
On Saturday night, Mrs. Rollins held a really nice party at her house for all of the competitors who were racing. This included Star, Etchell and J109 racers from the weekend.
Thank you for your support. Great time in San Diego.
