Celebration of Life

Hosted by Lake Hopatcong Yacht Club Star Fleet

4-5 June 2022

Please join us for the 65th annual Tomahawk Regatta, June 4th and 5th, 2022, including a Celebration of Life for our friend, past LHYC Fleet Captain and fellow sailor, Billy Nutzel.

Schedule of Events:

            Regatta Registration:

1. Friday June 3, 2022 → 5-7pm at LHYC
2. Saturday June 4, 2022 → 8-9am at LHYC

            Saturday, June 4th, 2022

1. 9am - Skippers’ Meeting, Tomahawk Regatta
2. 10am - First Warning Signal - up to 2 races may be sailed
3. 1pm - Halsey Island Race for Billy Nutzel (12:30 Harbor Gun)
   1. ALL FLEETS ARE WELCOME TO SAIL THIS HALSEY ISLAND RACE IN HONOR OF BILLY
   2. Awards to follow
4. 4-6pm - Celebration of Life, compliments of Billy’s family and friends
   1. Attire is casual. Visiting sailors, please RSVP for planning purposes.

5. 7pm - Buffet Dinner (cost, TBD)
