Robert Scheidt and Bruno Prada have been named the 2007 Star Class World Champions. The Medal race was abandoned due to winds over 30 knots.

Races 1-10 - July 2-13, 2007

The ISAF Sailing World Championships 2007 will head to Cascais, Portugal for two weeks of intense competition to decide the Olympic Class World Champions and act as the principal qualification regatta for the 2008 Olympic Sailing Competition.

'The Wind Is Calling' is the official motto for the 2007 Worlds. It will be the second ISAF Sailing World Championships, following on from the success of the event in 2003 in Cadiz, Spain where well over 1,400 entrants from 71 nations made it the largest ever congregation of Olympic Class sailors.

On the event website - www.cascaisworlds2007.com - you can find information on the venue Cascais, a preliminary Notice of Race and information on the eleven Olympic events which will make up the Championships.
